I am taking a New Media and PR class this semester. Our final project was to make a video for a contest hosted by Jabra. These videos would be counted as a grade and also entered into the actual contest.

The point

The winner of this contest gets $2500! Nice chunk of change eh? How does Jabra determined the winner? Video views! We have been encouraged to Blog, Twitter, Facebook, and spread the word in anyway we want.

This is where you come in

I have convinced my group that we can lock up the win with your help! Rather than split the winnings 4 ways, we are going to subtract $500 for you! On top of that, I am going to take my cut ($500) and give it to you too! That’s a total of $1000.

I haven’t updated this blog in about a month, and today I decided enough was enough. I have been super busy with class and work, but that is no excuse. I am back on track, I promise

So what has happened the last month? One thing:

PleaseDressMe is a t-shirt search engine that I launched along with my brother Gary Vaynerchuk, and good friend Joe Stump. We also brought on a good friend of ours Chris Henslin on to make the whole thing look pretty.

The last week or so has been nothing short of crazy. I have been working 18 hour days along with my regular class schedule. I disparately need sleep, but PleaseDressMe’s early success has provided me with enough energy to keep moving forward.

We will be doing SO much in the coming weeks and months it will blow your mind. We have a few family friends helping out with the tagging end, and Gary, Joe, and I are working future features. We are all handling all sorts of other things, but some how we are finding the time!
