What to do if You Are New to Adsense
If you are new to Adsense I would recommend contacting Google immediately. Most of the time your CTR will be over 100% if there is a mistake, or click fraud. Letting Google know that you had no part in this matter is the best route here. Google will fix the mistake and you will brand yourself as an honorable member of the Adsense community.
What to do if You Are an Established Member of the Adsense Community
Honestly, I would just let it go. Most likely Google will fix the issue without you having to even tell them. Also, if you have been with Google for a long time, they will already see you as an honorable member of their program and ignore and minor issues. Obviously, if your ctr is over 100% on a HIGHLY trafficked website, let them know that you are not trying to game the system.
